We are looking for an Application Administrator & Operation Engineer to support and maintain the enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics CRM system in financial domain. Customer is a company within the credit management services industry operating in Europe. You will work in a multicultural environment with talented colleagues in several European countries both on-site and when going to business trips.
Provide application operations, user support & startup trainings, events management, incident and problem resolution, maintenance and requests fulfillment for MS Dynamics CRM/365 platform. Provide change requests processing as well as minor software upgrades and bugfixes implementation. Configure the application monitoring, recommend server resource adjustments based on application performance and peak load times. Interaction with software vendors. Participate in service delivery management.
At least 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance of different versions MS Dynamics CRM/365 (online/on-premise). Knowledge of .Net, SDK MS Dynamics CRM/365. Knowledge and understanding of MS Dynamics CRM/365 Plugins, Actions, Workflows Understanding of principles and tools for MS Dynamics CRM/365 integration with other systems. Experience in report maintenance (created by using standard methods or via SSRS). Experience in MS Dynamics CRM/365 integration with phone systems maintenance. Basic knowledge of AZURE and SSIS as a plus. Knowledge of ITIL /DevOps is a plus. Intermediate written and spoken English. Ability to travels to the following countries will be required: Spain, Italy, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Poland.
